Hey Everyone!
Well its been a good week! Long but good. We got alot accomplished even though we were really only able to work for two days. But we were still able to teach over 25 lessons. It was a big success. This week we hope to get even more even faster. So nothing much new really happened at the begining of the week. We just had a normal Monday and Tuesday, but the rest of the week was better.
On Wednesday we went on splits with some of our members. I went with Edsel. He has a speach problem. But it was way fun to work with him. He is way funny. He is balding so we tell him that we are going to bring our brown shoe polish every time we see him =) He just laughs and then we move on and get to work. He and I taught 10 lessons. 8 with investigators and 2 to Less Active members. It was a way good day. On Thursday, Elder Newman didn't feel so well.. so we kinda took it easy. we rested, and Elder Newman started feeling better, we walked up to a members house to give her some money because she was going to be cooking for our zone conferance, but she wasn't there so we walked all the way back to the church. Elder Newman wasn't feeling so well again.. so we rested in the church talking to members for a couple of hours. And then we went to find someone that could come work with us on Friday. Needless to say (But i'll say it anyways) we didn't get any lessons that day.. But thats okay. On Friday, we had to go to LaCarlota in the morning to run some errands, and then we came back and went on exchanges again. It was way fun. I got to work with Val. He is a way nice guy. It wasn't as successful as last time. but we still got 4 lessons. and we had a good time. He is going to work with us again this week hopefully. On saturday we went to our zone conferance in LaCarlota. President was there and we had alot of fun giving a training to the elders and sisters in our zone. We played a bunch of games to build their unity. After the zone conferance we went home and then went to go to a lesson. We were both so tired we couldn't really teach. It a good thing we had told her she would be teaching us. So we were both falling asleep while she was teaching us. On Sunday. We got absolutly no lessons... BUT we did have a meeting with the District Presidancy, and all the branch presidents (there are 8 of them) we made some plans and some good things are going to happening in the next 6 months. Its going to be alot of fun. Then we went to LaCastellana to surprise the elders! We spent the rest of the evening cleaning there house... It wasn't the cleanest place i have ever been to. But oh well, they learned to keep it clean!
