Another week down,
This week has been okay. just fairly long. not much has happened just
getting ready for transfer day again. Next Friday is transfer day here
in our mission. We will have 16 new people coming to our mission on
Wednesday night. which is pretty tough. Cause we only have 3
leaving... so the other thirteen... we have to buy all new stuff for
them. desks, fans, beds, EVERYTHING... and that takes a long time. So
that is basicly what my week has been. just going to different
appartments and seeing what they need and then going to buy it...
Yesterday we went to the mall here to buy furnishings for the
apartments. We spent of 40,000 pesos... which really isn't that much
in dollars... but thats a lot in pesos... so we did that last night.
our entire truck was full there was no more room. We had leadership
training this week. That is where all the leaders get to come into
Bacolod and The AP's and President get to train them. i got to give a
training also about Baptismal Records. it was okay. It was weird
telling people who have been here a whole lot longer than me how to do
something. but oh well i will get over it. So i finally got a cell
phone. President Tobias gave me a cell phone so that my work in the
office would be easier and now i have doubled the speed of my work.
But now i get a lot of people asking me stupid questions. It was funny
the other day i went with Elder Edioy (The other AP) to the bed store
and we got there and i did everything i ordered i carried the money i
did all the talking. Then we went to our carpenter where he needed to
find out when our things would be done. and again i did it all. Its
funny cause they were his errands and i was doing them. So what else
happened this week... hmm.... i forgot... it wasn't a very eventful
week. i hopefuly will get to travel down south again soon. well i will
